Job descriptionManage a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use strata complexes Liaise professionally with owners, tenants, contractors, and committees Coordinate quotes, maintenance, and repairs Organise and conduct AGMs and periodic property inspections Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards Proven experience managing your own strata portfolio is ideal. May consider candidates from a Commercial or Residential background if they have the desire to become a Strata Manager Valid Property Management Registration and a current driver’s license Strong knowledge of compliance requirements in WA strata A genuine people-person with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about delivering results Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Strata Manager to join their dynamic team — either full-time or part-time — and enjoy long-term career security and work-life balance.
