Must have previous experience working within the Australian Federal Government (or equivalent experience) and demonstrated experience undertaking a range of Support Desk tasks.
You will be required to log and troubleshoot various requests from internal users in relation to the EDRMS and be required to provide professional advice on system knowledge, policy and legislation.
Experience in the use of an EDRMS or an enterprise content management system.
Proficient user of Windows based computer systems.
Fast and accurate data entry skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently as required.

Experience in the use of an EDRMS or an enterprise content management system.
Experience working in a support desk role with strong communication and facilitation skills and a proven ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Proficient user of Windows based computer systems with fast and accurate data entry skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a multi-disciplinary team with excellent organisational skills.
Previous working experience on an Electronic Document Records Management System project.
