About the Role

Were seeking a compassionate and committed House Manager to lead one of our residential care homes in Perth (NOR). Reporting to the Operations Manager youll oversee day-to-day operations and create a safe culturally respectful and therapeutic environment for young people with complex needs.

This is a hands-on role based primarily on-site with one day per week at our Leederville office. Some shift work is required including public holidays and occasional early starts (7 : 30am) and weekends with applicable penalty rates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Residential Support Workers
• Ensure the home is emotionally and physically safe nurturing and engaging
• Build strong trusting relationships with children and young people
• Manage care planning transitions and stakeholder collaboration
• Roster staff appropriately and respond to crisis situations when needed
• Facilitate team meetings reflective supervision and ongoing training
• Keep client records and reports up to date using CIRTS database
