Role Purpose

As the Talent Acquisition Partner you will be the talent specialist in delivering a seamless end to end talent experience to both your candidates as well as your hiring managersin a way that optimises Tolls talent experience with a best-in-class approach in mind.

You will lead and manage roles end to end but you will also consult to your business leaders about the state of the market what drives your candidates where to find them and recruit through a proactive lens with wanting to continually connect with talent in your portfolios so that you are constantly plugging talent into the business.

About you

You ideally possess an undergraduate qualification in Business and / or similar with significant experience gained in either an agency environment or in an internal or RPO / In house recruitment function and recruited across ideally both white collar and blue collar (or industrial type roles) at the mid to senior talent acquisition partner levels.

Delivering a top candidate experience is the name of your game so you will need to be an effective communicator with the ability to articulate complexity clearly work alongside and influence senior stakeholders use data and analytics to influence hiring decisions and to think about the bigger picture and how the talent puzzle works.

This role also needs a strong attention to detail be action and results driven a can-do approach and gets stuff done. You are also a team player with a wicked sense of humour and the drive to really want to make an impact.
