Our client is looking for a talented and driven Project Architect to join our collaborative, design-led team delivering award-winning projects across sectors including education, multi-residential, commercial, and urban design.

The Role

As a Project Architect, you'll lead the design and delivery of commercial projects — from early concept through to construction. You'll collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure the design vision is carried through with technical rigour and clarity. This role suits someone with a passion for purposeful design, a commitment to sustainability, and an ability to manage teams and deadlines with confidence.

What You'll Do

Lead architectural projects across multiple phases : concept, DA, documentation, and deliveryCoordinate and mentor project teamsEngage with clients, consultants, and authorities to resolve design and technical issuesOversee construction documentation and contract administrationEnsure projects meet design, technical, and regulatory standards

What You'll Need

Masters degree in Architecture from a recognised instituteMinimum 7+ years' experience, with demonstrable project leadership across sectorsStrong Revit skills essential (BIM expertise highly regarded)A deep understanding of Australian planning codes, NCC, and construction methodologiesProven experience delivering education or multi-residentialExcellent communication and leadership skillsA collaborative mindset and a strong design sensibility
