What You'll Do

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll be instrumental in shaping our digital communications. Your responsibilities will include :

Building and Executing Campaigns : Design, build, and manage high-volume (700k+ recipients) multi-channel (email, SMS) campaigns using SFMC's Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.

SFMC Optimisation : Drive improvements to our SFMC configuration, focusing on accessibility, performance, and the overall impact of our direct communications.

Template & Content Creation : Build responsive and accessible email templates and landing pages, leveraging your HTML, CSS, and AMPScript skills for dynamic content and personalisation.

Data & Analytics : Segment audiences effectively and monitor campaign performance against key KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions) using SFMC reporting, Google Analytics, or Datorama.

Compliance & Deliverability : Ensure all campaigns adhere to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with a supportive team, contributing to process improvements, fostering peer growth, and providing peer and upward leadership.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong foundation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a desire to make a real impact.

Essential Skills & Experience :

2+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, including designing, building, and deploying multi-channel campaigns.

Proven ability to execute high-volume email sends (700k+ recipients) and sophisticated audience segmentation.

Expertise in A / B testing, QA processes (Litmus / Email on Acid), and performance optimisation.

Proficiency in building responsive email templates and landing pages with WYSIWYG, basic HTML / CSS, and AMPScript.

Demonstrated understanding and application of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

Experience with analytics tools (Datorama, Google Analytics, or native SFMC reporting) and testing tools (Litmus, Email on Acid).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a changing environment with a high degree of independence.

Highly Desirable (Bonus Points!) :

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Admin certification.

Experience in regulated industries (e.g., finance, healthcare, retail), including knowledge of deliverability management, ISP requirements, sender reputation, and blacklist monitoring.

Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
