About The Role

As a Manager in Training , you'll have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of this thriving business, preparing you to step into a Store Manager role when the opportunity arises. Based on the Sunshine Coast , you will be immersed in every aspect of the store, from operations and team management to delivering exceptional customer service. This role is perfect for an experienced manager looking to take their career to the next level while gaining valuable industry knowledge.

Skills & Experience

Proven management experience, ideally in a Large Format retail or multi-department environment. Leadership skills that inspire and motivate teams to achieve their best. A strong ability to drive performance and profitability. High-level business acumen with an interest in financial services. Experience in achieving and exceeding KPIs. A growth mindset and eagerness to learn every facet of the business. Needs car & driver's licence Pass police check and relevant other checks
