ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking applications from dedicated and experienced Relationship Managers to join us on a permanent full-time capacity at Right at Home Sunshine Coast, located in Caloundra.

Responsibilities include :

Generate new revenue by meeting with prospective referralsIncrease conversion and revenue from multiple channelsAct at the point of contact for all referral sourcesMaintain professional working relationships with referrals and existing clientsLiaise with stakeholders to complete service agreements, manage budgets, and coordinate servicesYou will be a brand ambassador for Right at Home Sunshine Coast who has a thorough knowledge of NDIS, Home Care Packages, or other health care funded programs.

Requirements : Prior experience in sales, account management, or client engagementDemonstrated excellence in customer service and experience in managing ongoing relationships with clientsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and industry professionalsDemonstrate a positive and proactive approach, taking ownership of tasks and responsibilitiesCULTURE + BENEFITS
