I am very excited to be supporting a Tasmania owned allied health business in their search for an experienced Practice Manager to lead the operational and strategic direction of the clinic. The team are passionate about delivering high-quality care with a strong focus on patient experience and community impact.

This is more than just a management role — it’s an opportunity to shape the future of the business. You’ll work closely with the Managing Director to drive profitability, enhance service delivery, lead and inspire a dedicated team, and implement marketing and growth strategies.

What you’ll be doing :

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic with a focus on financial sustainability and patient outcomes
• Managing budgeting, cash flow, debt control, and financial reporting
• Leading the customer experience strategy, streamlining patient communication and supporting the reception team
• Driving people and culture initiatives – leading HR processes, performance management, and fostering a positive team environment
• Developing and executing marketing strategies that build brand awareness and support business development
• Working with leadership on long-term growth planning, service expansion, and strategic projects

We’re looking for someone with :

• Strong financial awareness and experience in clinic or business financial oversight
• Proven leadership in HR and team management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies
• A commercial mindset and experience with business growth planning
