Our client provides a range of services across WA, specialising in commercial developments, civil construction, government infrastructure works, subdivisions, underground services, and residential developments. They are a family-owned and operated business with over 50 years of industry experience.

Working alongside Senior Management, they seek a Civil Site Supervisor working on subdivisions in the Northern Suburbs. This is a permanent role offering attractive rates, a company car, phone, and laptop. Join a leading company that truly appreciates its people.

ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise / coordinate site personnel, plant, materials, and subcontractors daily.Attend site meetings and send weekly progress reports to Management.Assist with materials procurement and quality documentation.Coordinate and manage subcontractors and suppliers in line with site programs.Maintain site records and be responsible for onsite OH&S documentation, including toolbox meetings.Manage projects to ensure programs, productions, and budgets are met.Skills And ExperienceAt least 5 years of experience in a similar role; candidates ready to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.Strong planning and organisational skills, including recording site progress.Experience in subdivisional works, bulk earthworks, and underground services.Ability to read and understand drawings and construction programs.Solid safety focus and experience.Ability to work flexible hours and operate plant and equipment if required.Strong communication skills with site personnel and subcontractors.Valid driver's license.Current Senior First Aid qualification is desirable.Unfortunately, there is no provision for sponsorship for this role.
