• About the Rothsay Project

The Rothsay Gold Mine is located approximately 80km east of Perenjori WA and approximately 400kms from Perth Airport or 1 hr flight from Perth. The scope of this project includes mine development (2 boom capital and single boom narrow vein) and mine production (narrow vein longhole stoping). Redpath has a modern underground fleet making it an exciting opportunity for operators and tradespeople alike.

• The role involves
• Working a 2 week on, 2 week off roster, 12hr shifts
• Carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs to the fleet of light vehicles on the project;
• Maintain light vehicles and equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and site requirements;
• Ensure all maintenance records and work orders are updated accurately;
• Ensure the workshop is kept clean, tidy and in order.
• We are looking for
• A Light Vehicle mechanical trade
• Experience working with Underground light vehicles, preferably Toyota
• Wet Braking maintenance and fitting experience
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
• Auto electrical knowledge is desired
• Valid manual drivers licence
• National Police clearance within last 6 months advantageous
• A positive work ethic and attitude in keeping with Redpath's motto,
