Air Import Clerk

We are looking for a dedicated

• Air Freight Coordinator
• to join our team in Perth.
• What you will be responsible for?
• Managing Air Cargo Automation and Job Registrations
• Handling customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
• Dealing with Australian Customs re ACA / problem solving
• Resolve billing enquiries
• Completing all aspects of Air Import Process autonomously
• Proactively monitor process flow
• Ensure supporting customs documentation
• Participating in the department's weekend roster
• What are we looking for?
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Influencing. conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving skills
• ProCars - preferred
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal / external clients / stakeholders
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and authorities which impact on your area of responsibility
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to write routing reports and correspondence
• Good written and verbal communication skills
