THE ROLE
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People and Culture Coordinator to support our dynamic P&C team on a casual basis. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating employee records in our internal systems and databases as well as preparing employment agreements, variation letters and other essential P&C documentation with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Other duties include coordinating the onboarding processes by updating systems, supporting induction sessions, filing relevant documentation, ensuring new team members feel welcomed from day one. You will also conduct VEVO checks, assist with visa compliance and support the smooth completion of offboarding procedures, including exit documentation and compliance.
