Key duties and responsibilities Fulfil document delivery and collection requests for both internal and external users.Maintain clear communication with staff and clients regarding request processing and delivery.Contribute to onsite services, including mail handling, collection circulation, and assisting visitors.Retrieve materials from physical collections and contribute to operations.Curate and manage collections, ensuring accessibility.Key Skills and Experience : Experience in providing library document delivery and resource-sharing services.Proficiency in document delivery management systems and advanced management systems.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and service KPIs.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.Eligibility Requirements : Australian citizenship is required.
