WORKFORCE CO-ORDINATOR (Contract / Temp) August - January
We have a position for an experienced Workforce Coordinator who can manage many of the moving parts in a bespoke project. The role is busy, and you will be the first point of contact for all casual employees. The role includes rostering staff, issuing induction information, booking & scheduling plant equipment, taking deliveries and general administration duties.
You will be providing administrative support to our project operations team from our office in Derrimut. We are looking for someone experienced in the workforce planning space. You will have a good exposure to scheduling and an eye for detail.
Our installation season is between October and January. Therefore, the role will require some flexibility during this period to support our field team as many of our installations are at night and on weekends.

Key ResponsibilitiesMaintaining accurate workforce data using rostering systemPreparing letters of engagement and onboarding casual employeesAssisting with communications to casual employeesManage timesheets, and payroll informationEnsure all employees and install and dismantle partners are provided with accurate and up to date induction requirements for all jobsBook and schedule plant equipment for each jobWork closely with the operations team & suppliers to ensure equipment is delivered and collectedGeneral administrative support (including raising PO's, data entry of timesheets, receipting deliveries)General logistics and co-ordinationSkills Required :
Knowledge and experience working with schedules and complex excel documentsExcellent Microsoft Office skillsConfident and professional phone mannerStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-disciplined and motivated who displays initiative and strong attention to detailWillingness and flexibility to work out of hours or weekends as requiredDesirable SkillsPrevious experience in workforce coordination and rosteringPrevious experience within the hire industry would be highly advantageous but not essentialForklift Licence not essentialA cover letter is necessary to be submitted addressing skills required to be considered for this role
