Aps6 Ict Workforce Coordinator

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for an APS6 ICT Workforce Coordinator. This role will work as part of the technology business management team. This is a 12 month assignment based in Geelong or Richmond and will be working Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The APS6 ICT Workforce Coordinator is a team membership position responsible for resolving recruitment issues and providing advice and support to the team in relation to ICT workforce coordination and recruitment.

• Responsibilities will include;
• Identify and prioritise business demands through coordinating and monitoring workforce planning data and reporting
• Oversee compliance related activities
• Provide advice and guidance in areas of APS and labourhire worker procurement

• Previous recruitment experience
• Ability to manage competing priorities
• Previous leadership experience
• Experience working in a government environment would be advantageous
