Your Opportunity :
Aligned to Urban Utilities' corporate strategy and core operations, the People and External Relations group is a key enabling function in our business, responsible for driving performance and achievement of the organisation's objectives through the delivery of effective engagement, partnerships and relationships with our people and key external stakeholders.
The Workforce Reporting Analyst, plays a vital role in developing and maintaining automated business intelligence (BI) reports and visual dashboards. These tools provide leaders across the organisation with easy access to key metrics. Acting as a primary point of contact, you will manage support requests related to HR reporting, insights, and the preparation of ad hoc analyses as needed.
This role also contributes to the identification and implementation of improvement initiatives to enhance the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of HR reporting, data outputs, processes, and tools.
Additionally, the Workforce Reporting Analyst ensures compliance with information and data security and privacy obligations. Your key responsibilities will include :
