Reporting to the Manager, Data & Planning, this position is responsible for the implementation and on-going maintenance of the Non-Financial Planning tools and models for all of our units within Australia. You will ensure the planning and data setup requirements are met, tracked and measured against business objectives.
- In a nutshell, your main responsibilities are
- Development and reporting of customer 'actual' data KPI's
- Analysis of customer order time fence suitability & effectiveness in supporting the Catering operations and customer outcomes considering "effort versus reward"
- Continually assess processes and procedures for improved customer & business outcome opportunities
- Oversight of the Pax forecasting process and administration of all inhouse planning & validation models
- Identify and highlight potential impacts to meeting business objectives, along with development of potential solutions to mitigate risks & promote 'continuous improvement'
- What do you need to be successful in the role?
- Appropriate Tertiary Qualification in Business Analytics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related business fields
- Hands on experience in MRP (QAD / MFG-Pro or JD Edwards preferred) or related ERP computer system
- The role will require a high skill level in data management, excel model development and report generation suitable for all levels of the business along with Forecasting / Demand Planning experience
- Highly analytical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive and analytical approach to problem solving and capacity to produce results within a given timeframe
- Flexibility to travel interstate as may be required for national support and assistance. Flexibility to work hours, including shift and non-shift, to meet project requirements
- Prior experience with manufacturing processing or similar activities
- Strong business analysis and project management skills
- Mature, self-motivated person with strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work unsupervised and as part of the management team
- As you will be working in the Aviation Services industry, you will be required to obtain a clear National Police Check
