Job descriptionThe Department The Role Achieve annual and quarterly revenue budgets as set by divisional head. Manage and develop the Perth based advertising sales team. Build and maintain key relationships within the Perth advertising market. Achieve quarterly KPIs agreed with direct line manager. Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic understanding of SBS's Charter, Purpose and Values and a commitment to a safe, secure and diverse workplace. Role model SBS' values and develop a positive, business-focused culture About you Demonstrated capability as a highly constructive people leader who is passionate about team development and growth Solid experience working as a Sales Manager (or similar) within the media industry Strong established relationships with media agencies and record of consistent over-achievement of sales targets Strong digital media knowledge and practical experience Proven experience in leading and coaching teams to deliver results with a focus on innovation, partnership and collaboration Strong negotiation skills and ability to positively influence outcomes Experience in selling and implementing major event partnerships a plus Some of the reasons to consider working with us The people!
