Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company. We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager to join our growing team as an Area Manager.

Southern Cross Cleaning is seeking to hire an experienced Client Service Manager / Area Manager to manage multiple cleaning contracts throughout the Perth metropolitan,

There is a requirement for Area Managers to work some mornings, days and evening shifts depending on priorities each week.

• Key Duties : _
• Scheduling & Undertaking cleaning Audits
• Identifying and Rectifying issues raised
• Facilitate Training
• New site set up's and training
• WHS Audits
• Coordinating relief employees, staff changes and staff leave
• Relief cleaning (if required)
• Management meetings
• Direct management of Cleaning Supervisor
• Taking responsibility and accountability with all tasks
• Skills and Requirements : _
• Advanced knowledge of Commercial Cleaning Industry
• Good time management
• The ability to manage cleaners and cleaning personnel
• Great communication skills
• Driver's License
• The right to work in Australia
• A 'can-do' attitude
• Ability to work flexible hours weekdays, mornings, days or evenings
