Role responsibilities and requirements :
- Hold a PCA Cert IV Medication Endorsed : Cert IV in Individual Support / Aged Care with HLTHPS007 unit required; or
- Have completed the Pharmacology unit (for EN / RN Students);
- Assist residents with Personal Care needs;
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living;
- Ensure accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning;
- Work under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management.
