Job descriptionBased at Carseldine Greens Care Community Hourly range $30.00 - $34.00, depending on experience Full time, Monday - Friday from 8am to 4pm Support the implementation of approved marketing events Assisting with processing of fortnightly staff payroll Accounts payable and receivable processing, petty cash and invoicing Assisting with client services and general enquiries Assistance with recruitment processes including drafting employment contracts Reception and other administration duties where required Managing team rosters and timesheets Work / life balance with flexible work hours – opportunity to work casual or permanent shifts Dedicated mentoring & internal / external career development programs to build and accelerate your career - such as Nurse Graduate programs, Emerging Leadership Programs, Senior Leaders programs and more via our very own Opal Healthcare Academy https : / / academy.opalhealthcare.com.au / Sponsored study & training along with Scholarship opportunities of up to $15,000 for further education & training through local & national University, TAFE & RTO partnerships Employee Referral Program – earn up to $5,000 in incentives for inviting your friends to work Internal & external training programs National secondment opportunities to diversify your experience Sector leading training, systems & innovation
