About the role :

As the Community Awareness and Engagement Officer, you will lead initiatives to increase awareness of headspace Roma’s programs and promote early help-seeking among young people. Your role will focus on designing and delivering community engagement strategies, coordinating health promotion activities and supporting the involvement of young people and families. You’ll build partnerships with local services, schools and community groups to promote youth voices and promote mental health literacy. Your responsibilities will also include :

To be successful in the role, you will have training and experience in Health Promotion, Community Development, Public Health, or a related field. You will have experience in planning, delivering and evaluating community engagement or health promotion initiatives and understand the importance of giving young people a voice.
