Job Description

Join our dynamic Operations and Timetable team as a Operations and Timetable advisor. In this role, you’ll provide professional advice and services, while collaborating with academic and specialist colleagues to ensure students succeed in their studies.

Be part of a close-knit team dedicated to delivering exceptional support and guidance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the academic timetable in the university’s scheduling system.
• Ensure accurate allocation of class times, delivery dates, classroom availability, and faculty calendar.
• Oversee and manage processes related to Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), academic considerations, assessment appeals, and extension requests.
• Complete administrative tasks and data entry accurately.
• Liaise with academic and specialist staff to ensure students are properly supported.
• Apply policies and procedures to provide accurate, timely advice.
