We are seeking a highly motivated Collections Account Manager to join a friendly and high-performing team based in Perth's CBD.

Key Responsibilities : Manage a portfolio of commercial accounts with overdue balances Negotiate payment arrangements and build effective repayment plans Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships Oversee and manage the legal debt recovery process Draft court documents and enforce judgments as required Monitor and update matters using litigation tools and internal systems Achieve revenue targets and maintain service excellence Complete regular reports and performance tracking About You : To be successful in this role, you will have : Experience in debt recovery, preferably in a commercial collections setting Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of relevant legislation (Privacy, UCCC) and regulatory requirements Proficiency in MS Word and Excel (intermediate level) A positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Previous experience in litigation or drafting court documentation is highly desirable What's in it for You?
