Senior Contracts Administrator

Due to newly won projects, our client is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator with residential experience to work with one of Perth's premier builders.Given the size of this organisation, you will be involved in all aspects of the project, contributing your expertise to ensure high quality, efficiency, and safety on site.Our partner is looking for a CA who can : Issue drawings, scope of works, and specifications for contract works; prepare comparison sheets of multiple quotes and trade letting recommendations.Prepare budget forecasts and cash flow reports.Assist the Project Manager with project cost reports and related matters.Liaise with architects, engineers, and other relevant stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience : Relevant tertiary education / qualification.Strong track record in a similar role within residential or commercial construction projects.Experience working on commercial residential projects valued between $10M and $40M.Ideal Candidate : Team player, versatile, and proactive in getting the job done.Benefits : Clear succession planning into senior roles, offering growth and development opportunities.Competitive salary for the right candidate.Immediate start available.Interested candidates should forward their resume via .
