Primero is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Commercial team on a newly awarded project. Based in Osborne Park, you will play a key role in the project, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful delivery of contractual obligations and project objectives.

You will be expected to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and support budgetary outcomes—while working effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Project Manager to ensure commercial risk is identified, managed and where appropriate opportunities are maximised.
• Oversee subcontractor adherence to contractual obligations.
• Preparation and issue of commercial letters relating to both the head contract and subcontract packages including, EOT and variations claims.
• Tracking project progress against project contractual milestones,
• Complete all contract administration tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner consistent with the highest industry practice
• Ensuring strict compliance within requisite timeframes with the Head Contract mechanisms for change events (variations, delays etc)
• Preparation & submission of interim progress claims, final account
