Your Impactful Contribution : As our new Consumer Banking Associate, you'll be the friendly, expert face and voice of UFS, delivering an unparalleled client experience. You'll be instrumental in :

• Providing exceptional end-to-end service to our valued clients, both in person and over the phone.
• Upholding 100% compliance with all regulatory standards and UFS policies.
• Seamlessly handling core banking operations , from drawdowns and settlements to loan maintenance and rate settings.
• Translating client feedback into actionable improvements , enhancing our product and service offerings.
• Managing crucial processes like audit certificates, corporate cards, merchant facilities, and guarantee applications.
• Efficiently resolving and advising on rejected / dishonored items.
