Coolamon Consulting provides advisory services across a range of property sectors. Our services span development, acquisition, divestment, and asset or portfolio performance. With a focus on value identification and realisation, we partner with our clients to uncover opportunities, enhance value, mitigate risk, and deliver strategic property objectives.

We are seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is passionate about the property sector and eager to contribute to high-profile projects. As an Analyst, you will work closely with our Directors to support and deliver strategic engagements across a variety of services, including :

Project & Site Analysis : Conduct property due diligence, feasibility analysis, and market investigations to interrogate development options and maximize value.Project Direction & Strategy : Assist with options analysis, development strategy formulation, and strategic portfolio recommendations.Acquisitions & Divestments : Provide support for acquisition and divestment strategies, due diligence, and transaction execution.Joint Venture Agreements : Support the structuring of joint venture and project agreements to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.What We're Looking For :

1–3 years of relevant experience in property, real estate, or consulting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to work collaboratively with senior team members on diverse engagements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive and enthusiastic approach to client delivery.Why Join Coolamon Consulting?
