As we find new ways to connect rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers around the world, we're proud to be leading the way in sustainable agriculture.As a Site Manager, you will supervise a small team of Grain Handlers and perform a wide range of activities involved in the safe and efficient receival, storage and outload of commodities.In this role you will : Coordinate day-to-day activities of the team; coach and support development of team membersGet to know, understand and apply our enterprise agreement and people processesDevelop and maintain close relationships with local growers, customers, and the local communityCoordinate and prepare for area maintenance and pest control teams to deliver required servicesIdentify and report on maintenance requirements and maintain site presentation and standardsManage programmes and initiatives related to safety ('zero harm' culture) and risk management.What we offer :
