Your Role

• Greet clients and handle inquiries via counter and phone
• Manage reception duties, including booking appointments, processing claims, data entry, and reporting
• Engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, including multicultural and Indigenous communities
• Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshooting
• Assist clinicians with clinical services by identifying client needs and demonstrating hearing aid use
