Customer Service Officer

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer satisfaction by being the main point of contact for both residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, account establishment, order processing, payment handling, and providing information on product usage and delivery.
• Handle administrative tasks related to customer transactions, such as record-keeping, banking, correspondence, and stock reconciliation.
• Manage interactions with suppliers, including processing invoices and maintaining stock records.
• Support other branch functions, including monitoring market activity, reporting to management, and assisting with sales leads and marketing activities.
• Coordinate daily deliveries, make scheduling adjustments for drivers as needed, and provide assistance to other branches during peak periods.
• Follow all Branch Standard Operating Procedures and comply with the responsibilities outlined in the Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines.
• Participate in relevant training and performance management as directed by management, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and drug and alcohol policy.
