We are currently looking for experienced Quality Controller Manager to join our international team in Western Sydney.
Based in Blacktown you will be leading a team of 20 staff, your duties will include but not be limited too :
- Effectively lead, manage, and train activities of associates, including supporting hiring efforts, providing performance feedback and corrective action, ensuring a high quality of service is being delivered, and creating a positive experience for our customers around Australia.
- Coordinate and assist the report of any non-conformances according to quality standards.
- Ensure proper material flows through each production steps to ensure a smooth and Food Safe production.
- Prevent risk of depletion due to non-conformance.
- Ensure that maintenance of all equipment is completed when necessary.
- Ensure effective operation of areas at all times.
- To be considered : _
- Previous experience working in a management position - ideally as a QC Manager
- Understanding of the Food Safety requirements
- Previous FMCG experience
- High attention to detail, information process and problem-solving capability.
- A mentoring mindset and a supportive attitude.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
