The Appointment This permanent full-time role is ideal for a proactive and people-focused systems analyst who enjoys digging into HRIS and business systems to uncover ways to make things work better.

You'll act as the vital link between HR, IT and other departments – turning ideas into efficient, people-friendly digital solutions. You'll analyse business needs, design and improve processes, support system enhancements and help users adopt new platforms and ways of working.

This is a hands-on role that balances process improvement with stakeholder collaboration and system optimisation – with a strong focus on HRIS and people-related platforms.

The Appointee You're curious, practical, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You're comfortable asking the right questions, challenging the status quo, and translating business requirements into system solutions. Your background includes :
