This position will be responsible for the architecture, configuration and on on-going maintenance of our Workday HCM system and business processes.

We are looking for someone who can partner with teams, brings creativity and innovation and effectively collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders.

This position serves as a technical point of contact for functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

The HRIS Manager also supports upgrades, releases, testing and other technical products.How you will make a difference @ FAROServe as the Workday HCM systems subject-matter expert with expert-level understanding of core HR functionalities including recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management.Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of Human Resources management and staffWorks with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demandsSupport Global Payroll teams to coordinate retrieval and reporting functionsServe as HR department liaison to IT functionsOwns the global development, implementation, and maintenance of WorkdayResearches and drives the bi-annual Workday release implementationsPartners closely with HR, IT, and Business stakeholders to gather requirements, architect solutions, and drive the implementation in Workday following FARO HR Change Management PolicyDesigns and implements a scalable systems architecture to flex with changing business needsCollaborates and acts as a key consult with internal and external partners to define, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and core business systemsLeads configuration, testing, and administration of core Workday business processes, security maintenance, and data loadsProactively reviews and improves internal technical documentation and ensures compliance with company policies and SOX regulationsTrains and advises HR team on updated configuration, system utilization to support efficient and effective processesLeads regular data and quality auditsThis position requiresBachelor's Degree in Human Resources Information Management Systems, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experienceFive plus years of Workday HCMSystems implementation experienceDemonstrated advanced wide-ranging experience in Workday HRIS modules including recruiting, advanced compensation, benefits, payroll, time & absence, reporting, performance management, and talent managementIn-depth experience with Workday security processes, integrations, data loads, and system releasesExperience with Global HR processes and legal / statutory requirementsAbility to thrive in ambiguity and excel at finding clarity where others see complexityExperience capturing business requirements, translating into technical requirements, providing solutions, and executing system configurationExperience leading projects with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage and maintain confidential informationOversee system security, data integrity, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain and present technical topics to all levels of employeesWhat FARO can offer you : FARO has excellent benefits for you and your family.We not only care for our employees but also to their immediate family members.
