Senior HSE Advisor

The role of Senior HSE Advisor will see you joining our Heavy Lift team and working a FIFO 2 : 1 roster.

Key responsibilities include :

• Provide HSE advice and support to the site team
• Conduct HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training / awareness sessions
• Completing Monadelphous and client HSE reporting
• Uphold and communicate HSE standards, taking action to ensure ‘The Safe Way is The Only Way’ and implementing strategies to improve HSE performance
• Assist with the implementation of the HSE Management System and maintaining HSE registers
• Co-ordinate site-based risk management processes
• Liaise with clients on HSE matters
• Liaise and provide support to the project to ensure compliance with relevant HSE laws, regulations, company policies and guidelines
