Role Opportunity
The Senior Health and Safety Advisor plays a key role in supporting and mentoring teams to ensure effective implementation of the project's HSE management system and strategic safety objectives.

Provide HSE expertise and practical guidance to project and contractor teamsLead positive safety interactions, mentoring, and coaching across siteSupport alignment with safety systems, legislation, and best practicesAssist in incident investigations and monitor corrective actionsFacilitate risk assessments and safety workshopsGuide stakeholders on HSE compliance and system usePromote safety culture and lead key initiatives and programsMonitor safety performance, analyse trends, and report findingsModel safe behaviours and contribute to continuous improvement effortsAbout our client
