Reporting to the State Operations Manager, the Area Manager will lead a team of 8 Stores to support the delivery of world-class standards in our stores across WA and drive consistent delivery of the Officeworks vision and strategic objectives by guiding, coaching and motivating stores in operational, financial and people performance. You will take an active role in helping shape the strategic direction and focus of your area group alongside the People, Safety & Central Operation teams.
The Area Manager ensures that store leadership and team behaviour is aligned to Officeworks cultural imperatives.
