As an Area Director, you'll lead a small, connected portfolio of services across Western Australia, giving you the ideal opportunity to cement your multi-site leadership experience while laying the foundations for growth in 2026.You'll partner closely with a team of passionate Centre Directors—coaching, mentoring, and guiding them to deliver exceptional outcomes in early learning, team development, and commercial success.Centres You'll LeadYou will oversee and support the following Busy Bees services : Busy Bees at KalgoorlieBusy Bees at Quinns BeachBusy Bees at MirrabookaBusy Bees at Amberton BeachBusy Bees at YanchepThis small portfolio spans both regional and metropolitan centres, allowing you to make a meaningful impact across diverse communities while growing your operational leadership skills.What You'll Be DoingInspire Leadership : Coach and empower Centre Directors to lead high-performing teams and deliver strong learning and care outcomes.Drive Operational Excellence : Monitor and manage performance across people, quality, safety, and financial results.Champion Quality & Compliance : Own your area's QIPs, A&R readiness, and ensure alignment with the National Quality Framework.Foster Collaboration : Build strong relationships with the National Support Centre and community stakeholders to support centre success.Support Growth : Develop your centres and team leaders in readiness for future regional expansion.What You'll BringExperience leading multiple early learning services or large-scale centre operationsStrong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and regulatory frameworksProven ability to drive performance, manage budgets, and build team capabilityA collaborative, solutions-focused leadership approachConfidence managing across regional and metro-based sitesYou'll NeedDiploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood EducationWorking with Children Check (WA)Valid driver's licenceFull Australian working rights (minimum two years)Why This Role?This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on, relationship-driven area leadership role with a manageable number of centres and a strong support network.
