Café or Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a (Café / Restaurant Manager) to join our clients passionate team at their Restaurant known for its relaxed atmosphere, warm hospitality, and a team that feels like family. The restaurant is located in Stradbroke Island. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hospitality settings, values teamwork, and wants to make their mark on a growing business.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate daily café / restaurant operations.
• Lead and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
• Oversee rosters, stock ordering, supplier relationships, and cost control.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

Skills & Qualifications :
