MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST

We are the industry leader in the delivery of pre-employment medical assessments and pre-employment work fitness assessments, which is supported by our Receptionist as the first point of contact for those accessing our services.

We are seeking a  receptionist  that align with our values, who are focused on providing a high-quality experience, from the time of arrival until the time of departure, creating a lasting positive and professional impression. You will be responsible for monitoring the telephone, welcoming and assisting candidates with their medical paperwork and sighting photo ID, supporting the clinical team with the daily set up of the clinic and medical paperwork.

The position is in  Dandenong South ,  VIC  and is  full-time, Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week,  with a tailored training program delivered upon commencement.  We ensure that you have the necessary skills and training to provide consistent and quality customer service, to ensure your success in the role.

What we need from you :

• Previous experience in a customer service role or medical administration
• Exceptional customer service skills and cultural sensitivity
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to ethical behaviour and conduct
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
