They are now looking for a Customer Service and Sales Support Professional with strong communication skills to look after large orders for clients across Australia, liaising with internal and external stakeholders you will look after all orders end to end, troubleshooting, have a strong eye for detail and excellent customer service skills.
- The role
- Order processing within 24 hours
- Liaising with freight forwarders re delivery status
- Liaising with the head office in Germany and 40 retail dealers in Australia
- Review of customer requirements and preparation of quotations
- Monitoring of customer orders and communication to customers on works in progress
- Order office supplies, equipment and marketing collateral
- Organising travel and accommodation for trade shows
- Coordinate facilities management
- Organising training events and off-site dinners

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organisation and ability to work on multiple tasks
- Outgoing and able to communicate effectively with a broad range of clients
- Organised and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Skills : (Desirable but not essential)
- Proven experience in customer service and sales support
- Knowledge of power point and Excel an advantage
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
