- JOB DESCRIPTION
Established in 1999, Kingstone Building Materials Supplies specialises in supplying metal, aluminium, rainwater system and polycarbonate building materials.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out all customer service and sales functions for all customers (face-to-face, online and telephone)
- Communicate effectively with office and construction staff to carry out procedures effectively
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
- Develop and maintain in-depth product and industry knowledge
- SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience in building & construction retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in MYOB is ideal (Optional)
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service etiquette
- Good written and spoken communication skills
- Good time management skills
- Attention to detail
- A current driver's license
- Able to work autonomously
