About you :
In your new role you will :
- Provide high quality, confidential administrative / executive support to the Director of Business Improvement and Support in a mature and professional manner which ensures the integrity and efficiency of that office.
- Acquire and maintain a broad understanding of the political and social environment and maintain current knowledge of issues relating to Cairns Acute and Community Services, Building, Electrical and Maintenance Services and matters affecting the management of the area.
- Undertake basic research, prepare, collate and format high-quality written correspondence. This may include correspondence such as letters, memorandums, emails, briefing notes, business cases, PowerPoint presentations and financial reports utilising appropriate corporate templates and within the necessary timeframe.
- Coordinate and assist with projects allocated to the Director of Business Improvement and Support and relevant stakeholders. This may include basic research, implementation, monitoring and reporting of project progress to project teams and district Executive as required.
