The Role The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in supporting the effective day-to-day running of our branches. This is a fixed-term role, covering parental leave, expected to run for approximately 12 months. You will be the first point of contact for all enquiries from customers and sub-contractors via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
You will manage communication between our subcontractors, warehousing staff, stock controllers, and external companies, utilizing our systems to track stock, create hire agreements with customers, and process payments. The Customer Service Representative must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have a polite and professional phone manner.
You Are proactive and diligent with a strong desire to learn and grow - training will be provided, even if you lack experience in the hire industry.Thrive in a fast-paced environment.Ability to adapt to new software systems.Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, with high attention to detail.Strong communication and customer service abilities.Excellent organization and time management skills.Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.Capable of prioritizing tasks and applying a problem-solving mindset.The Perks Ready Industries offers competitive remuneration and opportunities for growth.
