The Role

Are you an experienced business coach with a knack for operations, a sharp commercial mind, and a passion for helping others succeed? We’re on the hunt for a Performance Coach to support and guide a portfolio of franchisees - boosting sales, profit, operational consistency, and brand engagement across our Anytime Fitness network in Australia. This is a 'boots on the ground' high-impact role for someone who thrives on relationships and results. Key Responsibilities

• Coach and support franchisees in achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets
• Execute business plans and strategies in line with our brand and growth goals
• Conduct regular business reviews, monthly club visits, audits, and peer group meetings to build relationships and assess performance
• Analyse and guide financial performance, including budgeting and reporting
• Deliver operational and compliance training, supporting continuous improvement and enabling brand excellence
• Champion the use of systems and tools, and ensure consistent compliance with brand standards
• Drive engagement in key franchise events such as conferences and roadshows and delivery of regular training
