Project Manager

Major Projects are a critical element to our business in providing energy solutions to solve customer challenges.

The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team of individuals to ensure the successful delivery of projects from concept through detailed design to construction, commissioning and handover to operations.As the energy transition gathers pace and demand for electricity increases, there's an unprecedented opportunity for our business to support our customers – something we've been doing for over sixty years.What you'll do : Lead the end-to-end management and delivery of renewable energy hybrid power projects, combining a mixture of solar, wind, battery storage, and thermal power systems.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.Full accountability and management of project budgets, risk registers, resource allocation and overall financial performance, ensuring cost effective delivery.Lead by example, promote a positive safety conscious culture and ensure that all of our projects comply with Aggreko HSE standards and Australian regulations.Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients, including updates on timelines, budgets, and risks.?You'll have the following skills and experience : An understanding of what's needed to succeed in the delivery of hybrid power projects for a global organisation.Demonstrated 10 years of prior experience as a Project Manager within the renewable energy & construction industry, ideally from either an EPC, NSP, IPP or similar.High level of commercial acumen including strategic planning, finance and leadership skills.Experience in delivery of hybrid power projects is advantageous.Knowledge and understanding of the constraints affecting the renewable energy industry in Australia and New Zealand.Ability to lead and mentor a team to deliver team and individual goals.Customer focused, team oriented, self-motivated, accountable and results driven.Bring your energy.
