Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager and General Manager Food & Beverage Operations, you will

• lead & drive
• our team to
• deliver unique and consistent guest experiences
• in line with our reputation and expectations.
• Required Skills & Attributes to be considered
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as Manager within a Hatted or Michelin A La Carte restaurant / s
• Excellent knowledge of Australian wines and cuisine
• Previous experience leading a team with the ability to motivate, inspire and coach
• Effective planning, time management and decision making skills
• Rostering, stock takes, ordering of beverage and goods
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• High standards of grooming and personal presentation
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident, engaging and professional approach
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish
• Able to take directions and work autonomously
• Punctuality, reliability and flexibility over a seven day roster
• Computer literacy (Microsoft office suite and other hospitality software)
• Current QLD RSA Certificate
