Duty Manager

The Morphett Arms Hotel is a family owned, award winning hotel, seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to help manage the hotel and provide leadership to our well established team of hospitality professionals.

RSA, Gaming Manager and Responsible Person qualifications are essential as is experience in hospitality management.

• Proven experience in both food & beverage operations
• Weekday and Weekend availability for both night and day shifts
• Great leadership qualities and decision-making skills
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
• Experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent grooming & presentation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good excel computer skills is an advantage
• Understanding of Liquor and Gambling provisions and codes of practice (RSA and Gaming badge essential, RP badge preferred)
