We’re thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity to join ELGAS as a Business Development Specialist, based in Perth metro surrounding region. This full-time role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving the company's growth strategy. You will identify and secure new clients across a range of industries. What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will identify new business opportunities within existing geographical boundaries and win and secure profitable competitor customers as per branch budget targets
• Identify and secure new business within assigned territories, focusing on acquiring profitable competitor customers.
• To secure new business within the potential of each market sector in your area in line with annual Business Plans and Budgets
• Meet sales targets for LPG and Industrial gases, maintaining customer data in the system
• Maintain records of competitors' customers and develop trade alliances and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in Sales Force, up to date with leads and successes
• Submit timely monthly reports covering margins, volumes, and competitor activity
• Ensure customers have valid supply agreements and comply with safety standards
• Collaborate with customer service, branch, and transport teams to maintain service levels
